At Behavely AI, we strive to provide high-quality insights and services to help you better engage with your leads. However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned. Please read our cancellation and refund policy below.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase only if:

  • No credits have been used, AND

  • No profiles have been crawled, analyzed, or processed using our service

If either of the above conditions is not met, you will not be eligible for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  • Email us at patnaik@behavely.ai

  • Include your account email and purchase details

  • Indicate that no credits have been used and no profiles were crawled

We typically respond within 3 business days, and approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • You will not be charged in the next billing cycle

  • You will retain access to the Service for the remainder of the current billing period

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time after credits have been used or profiles crawled

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • You used credits or crawled any profiles

  • Refund request is made after 7 calendar days of the original payment

  • Abuse of our refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests after usage)

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting our support team, your account may be suspended or banned. We’re here to help—please reach out before escalating through your payment provider.
